Located 30km in the heart of the thirsty sandy dessert of Doha's skyscrapers,Losail International Circuit's 5.380km track hosts the WSBK 2016 in the country's most historical event that will have a 3rd Qatari rider in history of the WSBK championship Saeed Al Sulaiti (Pedercini Racing) have his world class premier under floodlights on his home turf few days after Qatar's former Emir Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani's burial.Our condolences to the hosts.
WSBK riders will be treated with a grande-tour to famous Souq Waqif to explore the Gulf's most famous traditional market on Thursday before the light-out kick off at Losail Circuit.If you are a regular at Souq Waqif you might just get and up-close touch with the pack of riders that will be touring that side of town ahead of the WSBK practice kick offs at Losail circuit.
At Losail,Go-Karting will be open for the entire time the circus will be in town with a couple of Qatar's known Mawater Motor Show expected to grace the occasion for the travelling fans to have a snippet of the Qatar's homegrown,indigenous car builds and modifications,vintage collectibles and even get the rare glimpse of the Al Anabi C7 corvette - Fastest Legal Pro-Mod car in the world that sits in this city and the worlds fastest outlaw KH Series V6 corvette both owned by Qatari Prince Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Thani.
Will we get a treat to the traditional Qatar dancers performance and percussion instruments as the MotoGP? Ardah performances will be a great sight to see for tourist expected to be traveling to the Gulf's affluent city for the WSBK Qatar edition.
The paddock show will be another behind the scene to take a breather at.For the first time there will be a moto-bike dealer expo from one of the sponsor bikes in the championship. Also a chance to meet your favorite super-bike rider and have the less slimmer chances of getting a selfie or two with them or even at best take a photo with the umbrella girls of the WSBK. For Qatar's residences who are going for this championship be advised there will be much fun not only the musicals of sound the Superbike engines will be buzzing but an array of all Motorsports activity that awaits for you.
